180 Avenue B, opened 2024, is the laundry: wash-dry-fold, self-service machines, and plants sold from the floor. 97 East 3rd Street, opened March 2026, is the Atelier: alterations and dry cleaning, with a tailor on the premises.
The laundry soap is Aromic, made without dyes, chlorine or parabens. Dry cleaning uses biodegradable agents and eco-friendly solvents. Alterations are fitted on the client before any work begins.

Housekeeping
La La Maids. Residential and office cleaning: deep cleaning, weekly or fortnightly service, move-in and move-out, offices and short-let turnarounds. Quoted on enquiry.
Private events
Both shops are available for private hire: brand events, photography, film and press. Quoted per booking.

01Where is La La Laundry?
Two shops in the East Village. 180 Avenue B is the laundry, self-service machines and plants, open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 9pm and weekends 8am to 8pm. The Atelier at 97 East 3rd Street is for alterations and dry cleaning, open Monday to Wednesday and Friday 8am to 7pm and weekends 9am to 8pm, closed Thursday.
02How is an order placed?
By telephone: Laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, cleaning and private hire are all arranged on that number.
03How much is laundry?
Wash-dry-fold is $2.50 per pound dropped off, minimum 10 lb, or $2.60 per pound with pickup and delivery, minimum 15 lb. The Laundry Clinic is $3.25 per pound, minimum 15 lb.
04Is there same-day laundry?
Yes. Laundry received before 11am is returned the same day.
05Are alterations done?
Yes, at the Atelier, 97 East 3rd Street. $10 to $150 and above, set at the fitting.
06How much is dry cleaning?
$4.50 to $75 per item, by garment.
07Is the cleaning eco-friendly?
Dry cleaning uses biodegradable agents and eco-friendly solvents. The laundry soap, Aromic, contains no dyes, chlorine or parabens.
08Are the plants for sale?
Yes, at 180 Avenue B. Stock changes weekly.
